Personal information and data
When you visit our website we do not collect any personal information about you (name, address, phone number, billing details or email) unless you provide it voluntarily.
When you book at any of the Hotéis Turim we collect personal data (name, date of birth, ID or passport number, nationality, phone, email, address and credit card details) directly (in person, by phone, by email and through the website) and indirectly (through partners, group companies and official bodies).
This information is used for:
- Managing the booking and the guest stay;
- Improving our services and meeting guest expectations;
- Personalising our services;
- Answering questions, suggestions or complaints;
- Sending newsletters, promotions and marketing materials.
Processing of personal data
Hotéis Turim gives users the technical means to read this Privacy Policy in advance and to consent to the automated processing of their personal data.
In the website forms, unless stated otherwise, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary and do not affect the quality or scope of the services provided.
